Golden Star Tea and Buddha's Hand

This post comes from the talented Geoffrey Young, out of San Francisco:

OK I absolutely LOVE this tea – subtly sparkling, not too sweet, delightful flavor,
and with a little slice of Buddha’s hand (Citron) it’s SOOOOOOO good!!!!

Golden Star is far from your regular tea – it’s actually made in a process similar to champagne, which gives it a lovely fizz and a 0.5% APV. Local west coast pub, SF Weekly, considers it a great option for teetotalers.

Currently you can find it at Whole Foods or purchase on Golden Star’s website. It’s priced more like a cheap bottle of champagne, so you might not find yourself drinking it every day, but it does seem perfect for entertaining. As for Buddha’s hand, I’ve never seen this on the east coast – anyone know where you can find one?
